Lisney appoints Daniel Stephenson to lead new Consultancy division

New division will broaden Lisney’s advisory offering and meet growing demand for strategic property consultancy
Lisney, one of Ireland’s largest and longest-established independently owned and operated property advisory companies, has appointed Daniel Stephenson to lead a new Consultancy division.
Based in Lisney’s Head office on St. Stephen’s Green, Daniel will lead the development of the new division, which will complement the firm’s existing services and meet growing demand for property consultancy work across a range of areas. The consultancy services will include asset management, development consultancy, public sector advisory work, occupier support and strategic property projects.
Daniel has extensive experience across the development, asset management and consultancy sectors, having spent much of his career working in the UK property market. He previously served as Managing Director of London & Devonshire Trust, an independent residential and commercial property developer in the South West of England, where his role involved development, investment, acquisitions and asset management.
Prior to this, he was Group Property Director at Renew Holdings, a provider of engineering services, and Head of Consultancy at Aitchison Raffety, a leading practice of chartered surveyors, valuers, property managers and town planners employing more than 100 staff.
Commenting on the appointment, Aoife Brennan, CEO of Lisney, said: “We have seen increasing demand from clients for specialist property consultancy advice that complements the expertise already available across Lisney. There is significant scope to grow this area of the business and provide clients with an even broader range of services. Daniel brings extensive experience across asset management, development and consultancy, and his expertise will be invaluable as we establish this new offering.
Establishing this division reflects our ambition to grow Lisney in a focused and sustainable way, while continuing to respond to the evolving needs of our clients and enhancing the breadth of expertise we can provide.”
Daniel Stephenson added: “I am delighted to be joining Lisney and to have the opportunity to lead the development of this new division. There is a strong platform across the business, and I look forward to working with the team to build a consultancy offering that delivers value for our clients, while creating new opportunities for growth.”
