Lisney appoints Margaret Kelleher as Chairperson

Lisney, Ireland’s largest independently-owned multi-disciplinary property advisory company, is pleased to announce Margaret Kelleher’s appointment as Chairperson of the firm. In addition, the company has made 11 new internal appointments across a range of services, signalling the start of an ambitious growth trajectory for the business Lisney for 2021.

Margaret Kelleher takes over from James Nugent who held the role for four years and was previously Managing Director of the firm. James will now be directly responsible for the growth and development of the Lisney commercial agency business. Margaret has extensive experience in all aspects of the property market. She specialises in the commercial sector in Munster, particularly in commercial sales, acquisitions and lettings, landlord and tenant advice. She also brings extensive experience in professional services, valuations and development appraisals to her new role.
